Palestinians try to negotiate with Israeli soldiers, for permission to go to their homes and workplaces.
They are allowed a few metres, then blocked, and this happens again and again.

The Border Police officer with the shades eventually began letting people pass.

Palestinian men are being denied permission to go through the market, since it would interfere with the settlers. I tried asking the soldiers to allow them passage, as did other ISMers.
Two Palestinian men, one of whom is our friend and who works in the market, must stay behind the soldiers and Border Police, so the settlers who are ahead of them can continue their tour.
July 18, 2015. In the presence of ISMers, TIPHers and visiting tourists, and knowing that they are being observed, Israeli Border Police and Army begin to allow Palestinians to move through the market more freely.
